Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and TC777 ("TC777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the TC777 online gaming platform, accessible at https://tc777.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

All account balances and transaction values are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform, through which you access TC777 services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, displayed in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or entry placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which Account balances are denominated on TC777.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under applicable local law.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, PSL fixture, ICC tournament game, football match, UFC bout, tennis match, or other competitive event on which TC777 offers betting markets.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on TC777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) acting entirely on your own behalf.
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to your use of the Platform.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of TC777 or any of its affiliated entities, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
6. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended or terminated by TC777 for breach of these Terms.
7. You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement or a court order that restricts your participation in gambling activities.

TC777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by TC777 may result in the restriction or permanent closure of your Account.

Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full functionality of TC777, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must complete the registration process and, where required, submit to identity verification (KYC).

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

TC777 applies KYC procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement).

• Source of funds or source of wealth documentation if your account activity meets defined thresholds.

TC777 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. TC777 reserves the right to temporarily restrict Account activity during the verification period. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Use & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered Account on TC777 at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If TC777 identifies that a user holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances or winnings held in those accounts may be voided and forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses or uses your Account.
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing TC777 from a shared or public device.

You must notify TC777 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. TC777 support can be reached via live chat at any time. TC777 will never ask you to provide your full password through any channel.

TC777 reserves the right to log you out of your session automatically after a period of inactivity. This is a security measure and does not constitute a restriction of your Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

TC777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available in the TC777 cashier. The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless TC777 expressly permits an alternative method in writing.

• Deposits that are credited to your Account in error must be reported to TC777 immediately. You must not use funds that you know or reasonably suspect have been credited in error.

All account balances are denominated in PKR. Where a payment method processes in a different currency, a conversion rate will be applied. TC777 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Bonuses & Promotions

TC777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds promotions, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money funds. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Bonus Funds that have not been rolled over within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• TC777 reserves the right to determine which games, markets or bet types contribute to Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, certain game types (such as live dealer games or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, household, device, IP address or payment method.
• TC777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Users who have already opted into a promotion and commenced wagering will be notified of any material changes.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated bonus exploitation, or providing false information to claim a promotional offer — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on TC777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type, as published in the TC777 sportsbook or casino interface. These rules form part of these Terms.

General betting and gaming conditions include:

• A bet is confirmed only when TC777 displays an explicit confirmation message and a bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical error or connectivity failure are not valid.
• TC777 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including without limitation in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, suspended markets that were inadvertently left open, or system errors — TC777 reserves the right to void bets placed on the affected market, regardless of the displayed outcome.
• For cricket markets, including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series involving Pakistan, TC777 follows published cricket-specific settlement rules. Live in-play markets are settled based on the score and status at the time of suspension or completion, as applicable.
• For casino games, the applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are available within each game's information panel.
• Winnings from valid settled bets and games will be credited to your Account Balance in PKR promptly following official settlement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on TC777. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in the immediate suspension of your Account, forfeiture of any Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate the outcome of games, influence bet settlements, or exploit promotional terms.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Exploiting pricing discrepancies across platforms, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated software to place wagers, gain an unfair advantage, or interact with the Platform in an automated manner without TC777's prior written consent.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using TC777 to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or engage in any other fraudulent financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of a valid TC777 deposit without first raising the matter with TC777 support.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with TC777.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, probe, test or exploit any vulnerability in TC777's systems, infrastructure or software.

Responsible Gambling

TC777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should not be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering previous losses.

TC777 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

• Cool-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Once a self-exclusion is in force, TC777 will not accept deposits from or reinstate access to the excluded Account for the duration of the exclusion period.

TC777 is an 18+ only platform, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. TC777 will close any Account found to belong to a person under the applicable minimum age and will refund any deposits made, less any amounts already wagered.

Suspension & Closure

TC777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• TC777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity in connection with your Account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Your Account has been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires TC777 to restrict or terminate your Account.
• You have requested Account closure voluntarily.

If your Account is closed by TC777 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable AML checks. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will not be returned upon Account closure.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting TC777 support through the live chat channel. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly. Any outstanding verified Balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TC777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond TC777's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional material.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit TC777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

TC777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the TC777 Platform — including but not limited to the TC777 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and any other material — is the exclusive property of TC777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit any Platform content without TC777's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any Platform software or content.
• Use TC777's name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of TC777's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or criminal prosecution.

Privacy & Data

TC777 collects, processes and stores personal data in connection with your use of the Platform. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal bases relied upon, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in TC777's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read TC777's Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. You confirm that all personal data you provide to TC777 is accurate, current and belongs to you.

TC777 may share personal data with third-party service providers (including payment processors and identity verification providers) where necessary to deliver the Platform's services, subject to appropriate data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

TC777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, TC777 will provide notice to registered users by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account, no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TC777 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first raise the matter with TC777's customer support team in writing. TC777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly through its internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through TC777's internal process within thirty (30) days of being formally raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism specified by TC777's licensing authority, as applicable.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
